Onze vriendelijke vrinden van Sports Interactive hebben een aantal fouten opgespoord en doorgegeven aan de buitenwereld, zodat gamers en updatemakers deze foutjes uit het spel kunnen halen. Wij van FTR vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen hier vanaf weet, dus we maken uiteraard deze lijst wereldkundig.

The following are a short list of key suggested English data changes that have occurred since our data-lock deadline for the patch.

These changes are easily made by using the improved editor that accompanies the patch. Hopefully by making these changes you will gain confidence in using the editor.

We have kept this list short and hopefully sweet. No attribute amendment suggestions are included as they are subjective, so the following are merely factual amendments that have gone to our attention since that data-lock deadline.

To find a player or non-player, type their name using this format: Surname, Forename. (eg Atkins, Ian). Use 'edit, find' to find a player or non-player.

CLUB CHANGES
Aston Villa - no longer a PLC (go to 'Finances>General' and remove the tick)
West Ham - their takeover occurred after our data lock (see below). You will need to amend the finances as applicable.

TRANSFERS/PLAYER MOVES -Go to contract in player file
Matt Baker (MK Dons) - to Weymouth on 06/12/06 (Until 30/06/07).
Ronayne Benjamin (Welling) - to Crawley (Full-time contract) on 24/11/06 (monthly, so put end date as 31/12/06). Squad no. 18.
Gareth Farrelly (no club) - to Blackpool on 23/11/06. (FT contract until 01/01/06). Squad no. 34. Remove his player/manager 'job' and put simply 'player'.
David Flitcroft (no club) - to Hyde on 23/11/06.
Richard Kell (Barnsley) - now left the club.
Sylvain Meslien (no club) - to Swansea on 28/11/06. (Until 31/12/06). Squad no. 30.
Patrick Noubissie (no club) - to Crewe on 28/11/06. (Until 31/01/07). Squad no. 39. Est wages £700pw. Amend position so that DR=19.
Kane Rice (Crystal Palace) - now Maidstone.
Kevin Sharp (Guiseley) - to Hamilton on 30/11/06 (until 31/12/06).
Juan Ugarte (no club) - to Wrexham on 24/11/06 until 30/06/07. Squad no. 30. Should have knee injury set from 04/02/06 until 01/11/06. Est wages £700 pw.
Graham Ward (Tamworth) - to Worcester on 28/11/06 (contract ends 30/06/07).
Also, Daniel Holgate & Josh Robinson are no longer with Stafford. Paul Martin and Alex Smith have left Southport.

MANAGERIAL AND STAFF CHANGES
Nigel Adkins (S****horpe) - appointed manager on 07/12/06. Ian Baraclough and Andy Crosby (both S****horpe) are now both player/assistant managers while Tony Daws is now the First Team Coach. Go to 'person type' and change to player/non-player, then go to 'contract' and change job accordingly.
Ian Atkins (Torquay) - no longer manager, release him from the club.
Steve Bleasdale (no club) - now Bangor City manager.
Terence Brown (West Ham) - no longer chairman.
Tommy Craig (no club) - now at Hibernian.
Justin Edinburgh (Fisher) and his assistant Jimmy Dack - left the club on 22/11/06.
Jason Dodd (Eastleigh) - now Manager.
Paul Doswell (Eastleigh) - now Director of Football.
Gary Finlay (Southport) - now Assistant Manager at the club.
Steve Gallen (Hanwell) - now retired as a player. Is Youth Team Coach at QPR.
Richard Hancox (unattached) - now Fitness Coach at Torquay.
David Kemp (Stoke) - no Assistant manager there.
Lubos Kubik (unattached) - now Torquay manager. Favourite staff Chris Roberts=15, Board Confidence=180. Contract ends 30/06/2009.
Ian Leigh (Plymouth) - left the club on 22/11/06.
Seamus McDonagh (no club) now goalkeeping coach at Aston Villa. Born 06/10/1952.
Mike Marsh (Southport) - now left club.
Paul Mortimer (Brentford) - left the club on 29/11/06.
Richard O'Kelly (Doncaster) - should now be Assistant Manager and not First Team Coach.
Phil Parkinson (Hull) - left the club on 04/12/06.
Mark Patterson (Folkestone) - now Youth Team Coach at Gillingham. Make him a 'non-player' only (he is no longer a player). To do this go to 'Details>Person Type'.
Adam Sinclair (MK Dons) - left the club on 29/11/06.

FUTURE TRANSFERS (end dates are estimates as full details are not revealed in some cases).
Ben Alnwick (Sunderland) - to Tottenham, 01/01/07 to 30/06/10. Cost £1m.
Stephan Andersen (Charlton) - to Brøndby, 01/01/07 to 31/12/11. Transfer fee is Danish Krone 4,400,000 (around £400,000).
Par Cederqvist (Raufoss) - to Walsall, 01/01/07 to 30/06/08.
Scott Evans (Man City) - to Swansea, 01/01/07 to 30/06/08. Also amend his place of birth to Swansea. The Scott Evans already at Swansea in the database is a duplicate and can be deleted.

There are three Graham Fyfe profiles, and three Jonathan Gould profiles. Please delete the two that are not at Hawkes Bay.
Oscar Jansson (Tottenham) - delete the one that is listed at Tottenham please.

DO NOT FORGET TO 'SAVE DATABASE' AFTER MAKING YOUR CHANGES.

* You should NEVER edit the default database but instead save to a new database (the editor shouldn't let you overwrite the original) and you can choose which database you wish to use when you are creating a new game. I suggest calling the new database '<yourname> postpatch db'.
